Reading through the Bible is a rewarding experience,
and the two options below can help you do it!
Option 1: Print out the paper plan, stick it in your Bible, and work through on your own. To access and print this plan, click here.
Option 2: Join the FREE Web based Bible community through “You Version." This is a great resource that offers you several reading plans and your account can be accessed online wherever you are. It can also be uploaded to your mobile device. Other features include having the Bible read to you by “Audio Bible”, the opportunity to make journal entries, to read other community contributions to the selected passage that you are reading, and to join the Grace Bible Church Group.
TO GET STARTED:
- To start your online Bible reading plan, click on this link where you will be asked to enter your email address and password.
- Once you have completed this step and agreed to the “Terms of Use” policy, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address that you provided.
- A confirmation email will be sent asking you to confirm your account by clicking on one of the links provided. If you choose to accept, you will be redirected to the You Version “Let’s Get Started” Page.
- From this page, you can explore all kinds of features available to you on the site, but to start a reading plan, select the “Reading Plans” option on the page.
- Once you get to the Reading Plan page, you will be given several options for reading plans. Look over the options and make a choice that fits best with your schedule and what you desire to get out of the reading plan.
- Once you have chosen a bible reading plan, you are done! Each day, you come back to http://www.youversion.com, log in, and read the assigned passages that are given to you according to the plan that you have chosen.
If you would like to connect with others in the group and even have accountability partners, then join the Grace Bible Church group page by clicking on the following link: Grace Bible Church of La Vernia. Then select the “Join group” tab located on the right hand side of the web page.
To access your account through your mobile device, click on the drop-down menu labeled “mobile” and then select the appropriate mobile device option provided.
